A traditional Syrian blend for desserts, which we made following the invitation of two Syrian refugee chefs, Jebneh, who settled in Mons, to prepare dishes to receive our chefs during our Artisan Discovery Days. This mixture is composed of pistachio, almond, pomegranate, rose, cardamom, spices. This mixture can be sprinkled on a panna cotta, chocolate, but also salted with pigeon according to Benoit Neusy de l'Imperatif.
