Processing Description: The raw material used is only juice from the pressing of figs from crops located in the Metaponto -South Italy- a local variety called "Fico Rosa di Pisticci."
The concentration is done with the traditional method by cooking up to 65 degrees Brix, without the addition of sugar.

Ingredients: juice of fresh figs, water.

Use: suitable to accompany fruit ice cream and sweets Christmas garnish; great for sauces to accompany boiled meats and roasts; ideal of mature cheese and ricotta.

Color: shiny brown;
Taste: sweet;
Consistency: moderately dense;
Odor and flavor: it is associated with caramel, figs and honey.

Storage Conditions: The product should be stored in cool, dry place, away from heat and direct light.
Once opened should be consumed within one month, it is not necessary to store it in the refrigerator.

Package features: the product is packaged in dark glass bottles, with a one-piece synthetic mushroom cap or aluminum cap.
