A mixture produced in collaboration with David de Herbas near Bruges, producer of herbs and dried flowers. We use its Citrus mixture as a base made with herbs and dried flowers accompanied by our Guerande fleur de sel from our craftsmen Lionel and Françoise Charteau and some lemon spices and herbs by us, for an explosive result for grilled meats or fish.
