1. Asian Nocciolinu:
A revisited Corsican recipe composed of Piedmont hazelnuts, Guerande fleur de sel, soy powder and sesame, a sweet and salty treat to season scallops, poultry, dessert, etc.

2. Cazette Crumble

Composed of Italian hazelnuts and Burgundy hazelnuts "Cazette", Bronte pistachio from Sicily, acacia, spices. For your desserts or savory dishes.

3. Japanese Apple Curry:
This is one of the most popular dishes in Japan. Japanese curry differs from Indian curry by its thick and creamy texture as well as its milder taste. It is ideal served with white rice and various accompaniments, whether meat, fish or vegetables. You can also thicken your vegetable soups with it and give them spicy notes.
