Avocado is a widespread fruit tree in Latin America and particularly in the mountains of Mexico and Guatemala.

This honey is syrupy and liquid in texture and "reddish" in color, its aromas are balsamic and very strongly reminiscent of the black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum).

It is ideal with a truffle brie and to coat or deglaze white meat.
