The Mix for an Asado, the traditional South American barbecue, is usually composed of Chimichurri Blend. But we wanted to create a new blend of Chiloe pepper from the same region in Chilean Patagonia, its cousin Tasmanian seed, new red pepper from Ecuador with notes of red fruits and dried fruit, spices. You can season directly beef or goat meat. You can also make a marinade.
Recipes: 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 teaspoon of Asado Mix, 1 clove of chopped garlic, half a lemon juice, a little salt, a spoon soup of muscovado.
